I’m a wife, a mom, and a nutrition & fitness coach with a deep passion for strength training and performance-based nutrition—but I’m also someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck in food noise, inconsistency, and the all-or-nothing cycle.
After years of chasing extreme plans and "clean eating," learning how to fuel my body through flexible, data-driven nutrition completely changed not just my physique—but my relationship with food and the way I move through life. And now, that’s exactly what I help other women do.
