Inside Out Eating 1:1 Weekly Coaching - 12 Week Commitment
This coaching experience is for women ready to step away from constant tracking, rigid rules, and intense body focus into a way of eating that feels grounded, flexible, and aligned with real life. Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together to build the skills, awareness, and confidence to make food decisions you feel good about, in any situation. This is not a rapid fat loss program focused on physique based outcomes. It’s a deep, hands-on coaching partnership designed to help you rebuild trust in yourself, create ease around food, and develop a lasting structure that supports your life, not controls it.

This is for the woman who’s ready to stop letting food and body thoughts run the show.

Monthly 30-Minute Touchpoint Call — review progress, troubleshoot, and set intentions
Voxer Support (Mon–Fri) for real-life situations and questions
No daily weighing, no progress photos — because this isn’t about how you look, it’s about how you live and feel
Weekly Check-Ins: Beyond the Scale
Your weekly check-ins won’t be about chasing the lowest number or picking apart progress photos. Instead, we’ll track:
Behaviors — What you consistently do day-to-day
Patterns — The rhythms and tendencies shaping your choices
Decision Making — The “why” behind your food, movement, and self-care choices
Internal Data — Energy, hunger, cravings, satisfaction, mood, stress
No logging your weight or measurements. No progress photos required.
This is about so much more than how you LOOK, it’s about how you feel, how you function, and the trust you build with yourself.

12-Week Commitment — This program is designed to build skills over time, not deliver quick fixes. All clients commit to the full term.
Billed Monthly — Payments are auto-billed once per month for the duration of the program (unless you paid in full).
No Refunds — All payments are non-refundable and you will be required
to sign a new client contract.

You are responsible for completing check-ins and engaging in the tools provided.
Results are highly dependent on your level of participation and practice. This is a VERY collaborative process, not a passive one.
