  • If/then planning for real-life scenarios

  • Bi-weekly 60-minute Zoom calls (recorded; weeks 1, 3 and 6) — submit real-life scenarios anonymously in advance, no pressure to be on the spot

  • Weekly Q&A

  • Private group chat for ongoing questions and wins

  • Weekly prompts to reflect on patterns, decisions, and internal data (energy, hunger, mood)

  • No weigh-ins, no progress photos — this program is about more than how you look
