Inside Out Eating Small Group Coaching - 6 Week Program
This 6-week small group coaching program is for women ready to step away from macro tracking and start building real-life eating skills in a warm, intimate setting. Together, we’ll focus on reducing food noise, breaking all-or-nothing cycles, and learning how to fuel your body without rules or restriction. You’ll get support, structure, and proven tools — without weigh-ins, progress photos, or the pressure for rapid fat loss. This is about creating lasting peace with food, from the inside out.

Hunger awareness and fullness satisfaction
Defining values and aligning food choices with them
Creating minimum-effective meal structures without macro tracking
Navigating social eating and weekends with confidence
Emotional regulation tools like thought defusion and urge surfing
If/then planning for real-life scenarios

Bi-weekly 60-minute Zoom calls (recorded; weeks 1, 3 and 6) — submit real-life scenarios anonymously in advance, no pressure to be on the spot
Weekly Q&A
Private group chat for ongoing questions and wins
Weekly prompts to reflect on patterns, decisions, and internal data (energy, hunger, mood)
No weigh-ins, no progress photos — this program is about more than how you look
