Detailed nutrition guide on what macros are, tips and tricks on how to track them as well as how to track alcohol

My grocery list with macro friendly suggestions

Personalized macro count with options for carb cycling if applicable as you progress through the program

Bi-weekly check-ins where I assess your progress, offer guidance, answer questions and make any adjustments to ensure you keep making progress

Shared tracker of your personalized data so you can see your progress. You will be responsible for tracking your weight 5-7 times per week, and taking measurements and progress photos every other week
